Create Great Events offers both digital products and physical printed books.
Digital products are sold as one‑off purchases and delivered electronically.
Physical products are printed books shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Different conditions apply to each product type as outlined below.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
This policy exists to protect our intellectual property and ensure fair use. Digital products cannot be returned, revoked, or resold once accessed.
For physical printed books:
Refunds or replacements are only available if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Proof of damage or defect may be required
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
Normal wear and tear after delivery
Where a claim is approved, our responsibility will be limited to a replacement copy or refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees, unless otherwise required by law.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of access while the issue is reviewed. We encourage customers to reach out directly so we can resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
